Common questions
Where do you wash?
Across Greater Mumbai. When you add your address, the app tells you straight away whether we serve it.
How do I book?
Choose a wash, your car, your address and a time slot, then confirm. The app tells you when a washer is assigned and when they are on the way.
How do I pay?
In cash when the job is finished. You get an invoice in the app for every completed wash.
How do I cancel?
Open the booking and tap Cancel. It is free until 2 hours before your slot; see the terms for later cancellations.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Account → Delete account. More on the account deletion page.
I want to work as a washer
Download WASHIT Partner, sign in with your mobile number and apply. We will verify your details and let you know in the app.
