Partner terms

These terms apply to washers who use the WASHIT Partner app. They sit alongside any written agreement you have with WASHIT; where the two differ, the written agreement wins.

Joining

• You apply in the WASHIT Partner app with your mobile number, the vehicle you travel on and the areas you work in.
• We verify your identity before you can take jobs. You must be 18 or over and legally allowed to work in India.
• Until we approve you, the app shows your application status and you will not be offered jobs.

Taking jobs

• Jobs are offered in the app for a short time; accept the ones you can do on time.
• While you are on the way to and at a job, the app shares your location with that customer, and we keep the trail for seven days.
• Start and finish each job with the customer's codes, and take the before-and-after photos the app asks for. They protect you as much as the customer.
• Never ask a customer for their phone number or contact them outside the app about a job.

Conduct

Be on time, be courteous, take care of every car, and follow the safety and water-use rules of the place you are washing in. We may pause or end your access for repeated no-shows, poor work, damage, or any abuse or dishonesty.

Earnings

The app shows what you earn for each job. Earnings are paid as set out in your agreement with WASHIT, less any taxes we must deduct by law.

Your data

How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy. You can delete your account in the app under Account → Delete account once you have no job under way.
