Delete your account
You can delete your WASHIT or WASHIT Partner account at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app
- Open WASHIT (or WASHIT Partner) and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. If a wash is under way, finish or cancel it first.
By email
Write to dailycarwashcomp@gmail.com from anywhere, with the mobile number on your account. We will confirm it is you and delete it.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in, name, email and profile photo.
- Your saved cars and addresses, and your notification settings and devices.
- Any upcoming bookings are cancelled, with refunds as in our terms.
- For washers: you stop being offered jobs and your areas and hours are removed.
What we keep
Past bookings, payments, invoices and washer earnings, with the phone number that links them, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires, currently up to eight years. See the privacy policy.
